By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
Vendors must be legitimate businesses providing wedding-related services or products. Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.

2. Registration and Account
Each vendor is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. Vendors agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account. Vendors must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

3. Listing Content
Vendors must ensure all content, including but not limited to descriptions, images, and pricing, is accurate, current, and not misleading. Content must not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

4. Fees and Payments
Vendors may be required to pay fees to be listed in the directory. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase and are subject to change.

5. Conduct
Vendors must conduct business in a professional manner and provide high-quality services/products. Vendors must not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities. Any disputes between vendors and customers must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these terms. Vendors may terminate their account by providing written notice to us. Termination does not entitle vendors to a refund of any fees paid.

7. Limitation of Liability
I do I do Gippsland is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from any vendor’s use of the directory. We do not guarantee the success or volume of business vendors may receive from being listed in the directory.

8. Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless I do I do Gippsland, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with their listing in the directory or their breach of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes and continued use of the directory constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By registering as a vendor with I do I do Gippsland, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or list your services/products in the directory.
