Susanne and Matthew met on a night out through mutual friends and ran into each other at their local supermarket where they organised their first date. From that moment, they didn’t go a day without either seeing each other or talking. They are each others best friend and after two years, Matthew asked Susanne’s Dad for my hand in marriage. Susanne shared ‘our love story is simply about finding our other half and making something beautiful with love.’
the proposal
Susanne and Matthew kept their plans of their proposal a hug secret and decided to go to Tassie for a holiday. Matthew planned the day before Susanne’s birthday a scenic flight and onto a secluded beach where he popped the question.
the dress
Susanne chose a beautiful Madison James wedding gown. She loved the nude undertone with the stunning white lace over the top and hand her gown altered to fit her perfectly.
the venue
Susanne and Matthew chose Parnassus Function Centre for their wedding and spoke how the view is like no other. They decide to have their ceremony outside on top of the hill at Parnassus with the most spectacular views.
favourite memory
Susanne and Matthew loved their whole day and was their favourite memory. Everything was amazing and Susanne shared ‘that getting married to my best friend and the love of my life was the best.’
one piece of advice
Make decisions that make you happy, be realistic with your budget and make sure you don’t worry about the little things on your day and have an amazing time.
